During the month of March a new system-wide feature was rolled out for HTML system emails...
Enhance your company's image and professionalise your comms with our new HTML email branding feature for B2B and eDoc emails sent from your ACR ERP System.
The new tool, “Email Template Configuration”, allows you to effortlessly apply your company brand's unique identity to outgoing email, ensuring a consistent and professional impression when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Key Benefits:
Effortless Setup: Access a range of pre-designed templates and automatically apply a professional layout to all emails with zero effort.
Brand Consistency: Easily apply your company’s logo, customise the layout and font colours to closely match your corporate identity.
Centralised Control: Manage and update your brand elements from one convenient location - and test in real-time with layout previews whilst designing!
No more html attachments: Any emails that include order detail will now include the information in the body of email, in a professional tabular layout.
With this new feature, the emails generated from your ACR ERP System will always reflect your brand's professionalism, leaving a lasting impression on clients and partners.
Below is an view of how the Configuration Screen looks when in design mode, followed by a couple of examples of how B2B emails from the system could be customised for ACME Industries, if their branding was geared around a Red/Light-pink or Green/Gold theme.
